Experienced. Knowledgeable. Professional.

Catherine (Cathy) was raised in Midlothian, TX and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Business at Texas A&M University.  She has been in the real estate world most of her adult life.  She prides herself on paying close attention to details, putting her clients’ needs first, responding to their needs in a very timely manner and putting them at ease during difficult real estate transactions. She has experience and knowledge in many areas- investing, remodeling, interior decorating, buying, selling and managing commercial properties. Having earned her GRI (graduate in Real Estate), Accredited Buyer's Rep (ABR®) and Texas Broker's license. Cathy owes it to herself and her clients to continue to learn and is a true believer in continuing education.  One of her mantra’s is Knowledge is Power.

In Dallas, Cathy has formed strong, deep roots in the community she loves.    A long-time community volunteer, Cathy has a strong network in Dallas. She loves her time volunteering with Meals on Wheels, Community Partners of Dallas, St. Marks School of Texas, and has made it her goal to donate blood at the American Red Cross every 8 weeks!  When she has free time she cherishes family meals, traveling, walking, yoga, cooking and experiencing great restaurants. Cathy is married to David and is extremely proud of her 3 grown children, Maddi, Camille and Cooper.  She will bring calm to situations, put you at ease, and make the process as easy as possible for you from start to finish!

Her career move to Allie Beth Allman & Associates seems to be the perfect fit.  After one month at the firm, in December 2021, Cathy was named as a Top Producer in the firm. 2022 continued with big momentum, working with relocation clients, multi-million dollar listings, and staying on top of the dynamic market. In Fall 2022, Cathy formed the Catherine Cole Collective, a comprehensive package of Talent, Resources, Networking and Knowledge.  A go to for all things Real Estate and always offering White Glove Service, Cathy and her group know how to cater to their sphere and truly understand the Luxury Lifestyle, Educational Options and the nuances of all of the Dallas neighborhoods and Suburbs in the DFW Metroplex. 2023 has taken off with great momentum for Cathy.  Despite national headlines regarding the economy and real estate market, Cathy remains optimistic and continues to prove that DFW is truly a unique and thriving metroplex especially when it comes to the real estate market.

Cathy is always on the hunt for homes, often matching buyers and sellers before the properties ever hit the market.  It is her goal to gain knowledge, share this knowledge with her clients, maintain sensitivity to their needs and most importantly put them at ease through the entire process. Cathy’s clients become lifetime friends, which she finds the most rewarding aspect of residential real estate!

Cathy buys and sells in many areas of the DFW metroplex.  She lives in Dallas and knows the DISD and private school arena very well. She is experienced in the Dallas neighborhoods of Preston Hollow, Russwood Acres, Midway Hollow, The Park Cities, Windsor Park, Glen Lakes, Lakewood, Oak Cliff and Northwood Hills-Richardson ISD. She grew up in Midlothian and serves many clients south of Dallas and in Ellis County.  In the past year she has worked with clients in Keller, Trophy Club, Northlake, Argyle, Lantana, Flower Mound, Arlington and Castle Hills as the DFW metroplex continues to expand in blossoming communities outside of Dallas proper.

To My Clients,

With over 26 years of experience living and raising a family in the "Private SchoolCorridor" of Dallas, I have developed a deep understanding of the private and highly regarded public DISD schools in the area. My three children took different roads on their educatonal journey. My oldest daughter, Maddi graduated from Ursuline Academy, my second daughter, Camille graduated from Booker T. Washington, School of Visual and Performing Arts, and my youngest graduated from St. Marks School of Texas.

As a licensed Texas Broker and an Accredited Buyers Rep, I am confident that I can help your family find the ideal neighborhood to live in.  Beyond proximity to the school, I understand the importance of finding a neighborhood that meets the needs of your entire family. Whether you are a young family, first-time homebuyers, empty-nesters, or part of the sandwich generation, I can guide you through the process of finding the perfect home.

My aim is to help you find a home that considers all of your family's needs and desires, including safety, access to amenities, commute times, housing options, and school options. I have a wealth of knowledge about the neighborhoods in the "The Private School Corridor" and I am committed to helping you make an informed decision that best suits your family's unique circumstances.

If you would like to learn more about the area and the homes available, I would be thrilled to meet with you and your family to share my expertise and ensure that you have an extraordinary experience living in the area.

Kindly,
Cathy Cole
